Our products have made a valuable difference for our clients for the past 100 years, and we are now looking for aProduct Sales Managerfor our Reciprocating, Diaphragm & Periflow Compressors who will join our team and assist us in making a valuable difference in the century to come.
In the renewable, industrial and PCOG market, the Product Sales Manager drives business growth and profitability in the experienced HTC Compressors Sales and Proposals team in a global marketplace and in contact with the regions. The Product Sales Manager is responsible for delivering our global bookings targets in the assigned regions by working closely with our regional and vertical teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with a highly motivated team to capture the growth opportunities in the hydrogen market!
**_What Will You Do?_**
+ Identify market opportunities, create a strong opportunity funnel and drive bookings growth for standard products.
+ Assist regional teams in complex sales, providing expertise and support for key client and partner negotiations.
+ Work in alignment with the global CHART strategy in our sales strategy and sales execution, and drive cooperation with the regional CHART locations outside Europe for configured products and high-value solutions.
+ Facilitate communication and best practice sharing between regional teams and corporate headquarters.
+ Analyse market trends and competitor activities, monitor regional sales performance, analyse trends, and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
+ Forecast sales, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
+ Collaborate actively with marketing and develop targeted sales collateral, presentations, and product positioning.
**_What do you need to bring?_**
+ A MSc or BSc degree in Engineering and/or (Technical) Business Administration.
+ At least 5 years’ experience in sales of standard or configured products.
+ Demonstrable experience and a strong track record in developing and managing channel sales, partner programs, or agent networks, preferably in international markets.
+ Strong product acumen to quickly learn and articulate complex product features and benefits.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connections and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
+ Ambition, positive attitude, creativity and ability to think outside the box.
+ Fluency in English (spoken and written), including reporting skills.
+ Willingness to travel internationally when required (20%).
