Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Level Product Review Engineers to become part of the KC-135 Engineering Team in San Antonio, TX.

We are looking for proactive individuals who want to go beyond their desk and into the maintenance line to understand issues and drive resolution.  This position requires excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to partner closely with production personnel.

Position Responsibilities (Level Dependent):

Applies basic knowledge of Boeing design and/or engineering principles to develop interim or final engineering solutions to product/process issues throughout production and/or for technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer.Analyzes, conducts failure analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshoots to understand root cause.Provides assistance to identify solutions.Provides written dispositions for routine design non-conformances.Coordinates repairs with Program Design groups and Customer Engineering.Supports activities to identify deviations that could impact design intent and safety and product/process improvements.Develops routine customer correspondence for continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.Ensures supplier and build partner comply with Boeing standards.Represents the engineering community in the build through post production environment.Recommends simple non-destructive test procedures, tools, standards.Performs other duties as assigned and may be requested to support other programs as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering.1+ years’ experience and interpreting engineering drawings and technical orders.1+ years’ experience in Production Engineering, Structures Design and/or Analytical Engineering or a combination of these experiences.Experience interfacing with all engineering disciplines and be able to work in a team environment and work independently as required.Strong communication skills and customer focus.U.S. Citizenship required.Ability to work on-site 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education.MRB certified or have you been in the past 2 years.Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills.

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate Level:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Experienced Level:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.

Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Associate-Level Summary pay range: $73,950- 100,050

Experienced-Level Summary pay range: $90,100 - $121,900
