TRANSITION WORKERS ONLY Product Researcher & Research Technician are the panelists. They use and evaluate shave products. They are trained to methodically test products per the established protocols. There is a male shave panel and a female shave panel. 
• The newest panelists are currently in the training phase so they have an established start and end time. Male panel is 0800-0900 EST and Female panel is 0700-0800 EST. Training usually lasts about 3 months.
• The validated panelists can come in anytime in the morning between 0600-1130 EST to shave.
• All panelists work 4 hours per week.
