Your Key Responsibilities Ensure and drive problem solving activities together with the production locations, SQA, engineering and operations. Support all quality related topics that are related to the quality product design and Q manufacturing concept. Monitor the Product Q performance in cooperation with the customer and production locations and ensure improvement in case of deficiencies Ensure customer communication on design specific related Q topics.? Monitor Q target setting and deploy action item tracking for achievement of Q targets. Consolidate and check nonconformance costs for products/customers and ensure read across for all affected locations and support changes affecting several locations.? Ensure transparent Q report for relevant Q KPI's for the assigned Product Line and support of production location in case of Q issues and or customer escalations. Drive preventive and corrective measures from incidents and field performance related to design and gather best practices and secure that lessons learned are applied. Ensure the legal, customer Q and internal process requirements are followed and integrated into Business processes. Coordinate risk assessment activities for products deviating from Design in serial life and ensure integrity of technical compliance in case of deviation. Support claim management actively.

品質監査対応
緊急品質対応(不具合発⽣時の部品選別、修理など)のコーディネート

Education / Certification: University graduates or equivalent, more than 3years of experiences for working in automotive industries, design or quality.
Professional Experience: Quality Engineer who has experiences of handling of Zero km and field claims (leading problem solvings and reporting to customer)
Project and / or Process Experience: Knowledge of APQP and PPAP of new projects, 4M changing points managements
Creation of Parts Inspection standards and coordination with customers, supplier audits, etc.
Intercultural / International Experience: Experiences of working in abroad or working together with overseas plant for problem solving etc.
