1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Overtime as business needs require (Fridays 6:00 am - 2:00 pm)

1st Shift Starting Pay: $20.20/hour

Job duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Perform quality inspection based on the check- list of inspection points/proceduresComplete inspections using a checklist and tooling provided (static tools, dry leak testing, Cab electrical tests, templates, etc.)Performs overall quality inspection in the yard (working outside 90% of the time)Inspects products to ensure it meets the specificationsGather data from various tools and tooling systems and document quality issues into a computer system and flag defects for repairCross-functional communication to complete tasks

 

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periodsAbility to perform repetitive operationsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs

 

Basic Qualifications:

Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Machine equipment product knowledgeExperience in Product Auditing ProcessesStrong quality and attendance recordExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Meticulous and analytical natureAbility to multitask and prioritize workStrong commitment to safety, quality and teamworkKnowledge of Caterpillar SystemsFurther education beyond high school

Summary Pay Range:

$20.20 - $25.25
