About the Role

Formulate product strategy and proposition to penetrate different customer segment via retail and digital distribution platform for bank and broker channels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Initiative and execute product and segmentation strategies to penetrate different segments to uplift productivityDrive discussion on new or enhanced product solutions to increase partners engagement, channel expansion and insurance penetration Co-ordinate closely with partners and internal to ensure product proposition & strategies are aligned with country plans and executed in a timely manner to support different distribution channels Work with Product Innovation, Development & Delivery to plan and ensure product can be delivered as plannedWork collaboratively with PD sales team to drive channel specific product proposition and develop different sales enabler including product offer, sales tools and segment stories that is applicable to different partners / different segments  Coordinate with partners to provide up to date market information such as trends, competitors activities and product details for strategic planning and ad hoc initiatives Provide ad hoc support in projects and initiatives as assigned 

Job Requirements:

University / College graduate plus minimum 10 years relevant experienceCreative mind setCustomer-oriented serviceHigh proficiency in written English and ChineseGood communication, presentation and influence skillsInsurance product knowledgeGood timeline management skillWith Bancassurance experience is an added advantage
