职位描述Collaboration and support in the implementation of product portfolio management (including price positioning, product performance, quality, competitive analyses, life-cycle management).Project management and documentation of metal grinding new development projectsSupport in the creation of Product communication measures and packaging solutionsDevelopment of global product strategies and responsibility for Sales and profitability of the "Metal Grinding" product groupsRecording of customer and market needs (UX), also including Conducting user and market visits Market observation, competitive environment, and customer satisfaction to increase competitiveness and quality improvement measures) Working in cross-functional and international teams

职位要求Completed studies in marketing or (business) engineering or comparable qualification (preferably also in the craft sector)First professional experience in project or product management and ideally first practice in market research and UXInterested in using power tools with good technical understandingDistinct ability to convince, great self-responsibility and self-organization as well as entrepreneurial spirit and high customer orientationGood Excel, PowerPoint and founded analytical skillsFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel 5-10%
