Product Project Manager

The Product Project Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of innovative product initiatives that are integral to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our customers. By managing cross-functional teams and coordinating all aspects of product lifecycle management, this role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. **Position Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate with key stakeholders, such as Proposition, Pricing, Product Delivery, etc, to define project scope, objective, budget and deliverable, which Proposition will translate it into a business case
+ Develop project delivery timeline with detailed key milestones and its deadlines, including update the timeline if there is any change in the overall timeline
+ Coordinate with respective stakeholders, such as PPIM, IT PM, SysDev and other project team (if needed) on resource allocation for each onboarded project
+ Lead the project members to ensure they are aligned with the project scope, objective, budget, deliverable and timeline
+ Manage and monitor the timeline to ensure the key milestones meet its deadlines as well as the required standard and quality of project governance
+ Facilitate clear and effective communication among stakeholders
+ Provide and maintain regular project status update to key stakeholders, including identify and raise any potential risk/issue/challenge/change to the scope or timeline, and collaborate with respective stakeholders to prepare mitigation plan
+ Collaborate with respective stakeholders within and/or outside PPIM to prepare product launch checklist, and its approval circulation
+ Coordinate with respective stakeholders to prepare project evaluation, including its lesson learned for future project
+ Coordinate within PPIM and other respective stakeholders, such as IT PM, SysDev and other project team (if any) to manage resource availability and allocation for each onboarded project
+ Raise any potential issue (if any) and its mitigation plan related resource to key stakeholders
**Required Qualifications:**
+ University Degree (Management/Business Information System)
+ Have experience as business project manager min. 5 years
+ Have a working experience in life insurance industry, especially related product development min. 5 years
+ Strong verbal and written communication skill
+ Strong interpersonal skill
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
+ Strong organizational and leadership skill
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong negotiation skill
+ Language: Bahasa Indonesia and English
+ Know and understand on how to use Microsoft Office, especially excel and powerpoint
