Job responsibilities
Works across Product Portfolio Operations and Product leadership to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications for portfolio management initiativesEnables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practicesDrives adaptation and modification of our product line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realizedImplements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needsDevelop deep, trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders in Operations Product as well as other Senior Leaders in other CCB Portfolios to drive delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy-inManage data analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting and communications related to product and portfolio performance to senior-level stakeholdersAdvise and influence senior leaders and business executives on key business decisions and major change initiativesPartner with Agility Office to influence and coordinate tooling strategy changes across Operations PortfolioDevelop and deliver Chief Executives Officer level communications
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimizationStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with proven ability to work with ambiguity and laser focused on delivering resultsHighly effective organizational and project management skills, strong attention-to-detail, independent, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and businessIntellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quicklyAbility to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environmentProven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiativesProven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
