About the Role
This role supports the sales team to grow our Internal Corporate business in terms of annualized premiums and VONB, in line with our strategic ambitions to maximize the opportunities within our Corporate Solutions (‘CS’) accounts across sales channels.The role has product responsibilities including product development, policy wordings, marketing collaterals, training and acquiring new partnerships with TPAs, Intermediaries to strengthen the product proposition and will be required to work with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales & Marketing teams including Product Owner responsibilities and to grow market share particularly in the IPMI market.
Product Proposition & Development
Lead, review, propose and coordinate product development, product proposition, policy contract, and other product and service related changes with collboration across the division including with other divisions within AIA eg (Life Ops , Product Proposition , Actuarial , Legal etc)
Conduct regular competitor analysis on product proposition and pricing
Oversee the creation and deployment of training programs to equip internal teams with product knowledge and market insights.
Design and develop marketing materials to support business development, renewal, up-selling and cross-selling to customers
Drive seamless execution of product implementation strategies.
Partner Development
Provide strategic guidance and support to support team sales goal (Annualized Premiums and Value of New Business) and meet growth targets across all distribution channels : (1) Broker, (2) Financial Advisors, (3) Tied Agency & Financial Advisors
To provide support to Business Development Managers (BDM) , Client Relationship Managers (CRM) and Project Teams in key client acquisition and retention including recommended solutions including joint field work.
Design and execute effective initiatives, campaigns across all sales channels.
Provide Training to distribution channels (external) and CS BDMs and CRMs (internal).
To expand and acquire Partners (eg. TPAs, Intermediaries, Fronting Partners, etc) to strengthen product proposition.
Management Support
To prepare and analyze reports of the new and in-force business with HODs and Chief Corporate Solutions Officer.
Support HODs in Budget and Production Planning for each financial year for Sale and Marketing Teams.
To coordinate with Group Office to provide reports or information of policyholders.
Work closely and manage business partners to provide strategic and innovative solutions for Corporate Solutions and enhance market share
Represent AIA Singapore and Corporate solutions in speaking engagements to promote business’ capabilities , thought innovation and expand brand awareness.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 10 years related industry experience
Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9
Strong understanding of market segment & experience working with Brokers Tied Distribution and HRs
In depth insurance product knowledge within IPMI segment & product development
