Role and Responsibilities:
•Backlog Management: Set and manage team backlogs.
•Coordination: Coordinate with other teams, support estimations, and assist in managing the team backlog.
•Feature Analysis: Analyze features and break them down into development tasks with the team.
•Vision and Roadmap: Build and modify the vision and development roadmap for product features.
•Progress Control: Control development progress and report to stakeholders.
•Support and Educate: Ensure the SAFe/SCRUM process is followed, remove impediments, and foster high-performing team dynamics.
•Coaching: Educate the team in Scrum & Agile principles, coach the organization in SAFe/SCRUM adoption.
•Leadership: Help the self-managing team achieve its goals by identifying and eliminating impediments.
•Facilitation: Facilitate SAFe/SCRUM events including Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews/Retrospectives.
•Accountability: Monitor progress against the Sprint plan, resolve problems, and ensure built-in quality practices are followed.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and other scrum teams within different Agile Release Trains.
Work Experience
Qualifications:
•Education: University degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics) or in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.
•Experience: Minimum 3 years on team responsibility roles such as Product Owner and Scrum Master. 5 years in embedded software development in the automotive sector.
•Project Management: Basic experience in project management or as a technical lead.
Job Description
•Automotive Standards: Knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO26262).
•Agile Methods: Experience in agile development methods (such as Scrum and SAFe) is mandatory.
•Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
•Skills: Solid experience in Jira, knowledge of various Scrum techniques, and good skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict.
•Communication: Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with strengths in solution-oriented, analytical, quantitative, and creative thinking.
•Language: Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
