Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is looking for a Rewards and Loyalty Product Owner with 3 -7 years of experience in Retail and/or Fintech with strong Product background. This person needs to have experience building and Launching loyalty programs. Summary: The Senior Product Manager of Rewards & Loyalty initiatives is a senior-level role responsible for bringing a deep understanding of product management principles to the organization and combining that with strategic thinking to ensure products meet the needs and expectations of the business. They will be responsible for the management of the roadmap that covers the initiatives across all of Rewards & Loyalty Programs' growth and expansion. Primary responsibility is to define and manage the overall roadmap for marketing technology investments. The Product Owner will be fostering a culture of continuous understanding, learning, and improving the customer experience is a key to success metric for this role.
