Product Owner - Radiology Informatics
**Product Owner – Radiology Informatics** As a Product Owner you will play a key role in delivering impactful features that meet customer needs and enhance product value. You are responsible for defining and prioritizing user stories, managing the product backlog, and aligning development work with the broader strategic goals. You work closely with cross-functional teams to set clear objectives for each program increment, ensuring timely delivery. Your work includes supporting the program vision and roadmap, participating in release planning, and refining the backlog to ensure it reflects market requirements and business priorities. You’ll manage a complex product or module, using your understanding of user needs and product context to be a subject matter expert - guide decisions and drive value. **Your role:** + You will be part of the Radiology Informatics Product Management group + You will act as the primary interface between the customer and the development team, handling the management of stories and backlog for a complex software system, delivered by multiple scrum teams + You will coordinate with stakeholders across various functions, ensuring alignment of priorities and expectations to drive successful outcomes and meet customer needs effectively + You will direct the delivery of new features or enhancements within an existing framework, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines + You will define clear objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives + You will contribute to defining and reviewing the program vision, roadmap, and content presentations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and market demands + You will participate in critical planning activities, including release planning, program backlog refinement, and iteration planning, to drive the achievement of program goals + You will cultivate effective relationships with internal/external partners, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization + You will resolve a wide range of challenges and complex requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions + A career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. Be sure to speak to your recruiter about benefits in your region. **You're the right fit if:** + You hold a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent relevant field + You hold 3+ years of experience in product ownership/management. Experience in software engineering will be considered an advantage + You are fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional languages will be considered an advantage + You have excellent presentation skills and are confident in front of large audiences + You are able to adapt your communication skills to work with teams at different levels of seniority and technical knowledge + You are able to translate market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions + You are not afraid to speak up and are comfortable with making decisions and tradeoffs + You are a team player, able to successfully work cross functionally across global teams + Experience in radiology or imaging will be considered an advantage + Experience with regulatory procedures and compliance will be considered an advantage. ***This role is not open to relocation.** **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
