A Product Owner (PO) represents customers/stakeholders to identify and drive value opportunities for enterprise AI/ML solutions. The role combines strategic product ownership with deep technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that meet business needs while ensuring proper governance and implementation.
Core Responsibilities:
Own and drive (a part of) product/solution development and its market success, with particular focus on AI/ML and automation solutionsCreate and maintain product backlog, defining clear requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria based on product strategy and customer needsLead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholdersMonitor product development and production costs while maintaining high transparencyDefine and track product KPIs, particularly around automation, savings, and operational efficiencyEnsure proper AI governance and compliance with regulatory requirementsParticipate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and team meetingsDrive minimum viable/marketable product definition and evolutionGather and analyze feedback, monitoring key metrics for continuous product improvementEnsure successful product rollout and stakeholder communication through presentations, workshops, and training
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience as Product Owner/Manager in B2B or enterprise SaaS, preferably with AI/ML/GenAI productsStrong technical acumen including:Good understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs)Experience with API-based integrationsDeep familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure/AWS)Knowledge of modern computing environments (container/serverless-based) is a plus

Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business stakeholdersStrong backlog management capabilities across multiple concurrent projectsExperience in lean, iterative development with scrum/squad modelsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrix environmentsFluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
