Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

Namibian Citizen;Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field;3–5 years of experience in digital product development, agile delivery, or business analysis;Proven experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a cross-functional agile team;Strong understanding of digital technologies, user experience design, and process automation;Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms;Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) will be an added advantage.

Job Specification:

Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the digitalisation product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with stakeholder needs.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to gather requirements and validate solutions.Agile Delivery: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital solutions through agile methodologies.User-Centric Design: Champion user experience and ensure digital products are intuitive, accessible, and impactful.Performance Monitoring: Track product performance using KPIs and analytics, and continuously improve based on feedback and data.Change Management: Support the adoption of digital solutions through training, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
