We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner with expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, Observability, and Cloud Operations. This role will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives by facilitating discussions, analyzing requirements, developing white papers and proposals, and documenting roadmaps. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment of solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements in DevOps, DevSecOps, Observability, and Cloud Operations.

Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Develop and present comprehensive white papers, proposals, and strategy documents to support organizational initiatives.

Create and maintain detailed roadmaps, process flows, and technical documentation.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices.

Assist in the design and implementation of policies, standards, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and security.

Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Support project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within DevOps, DevSecOps, Observability, or Cloud Operations domains.

Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing white papers and technical documentation.

Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process modeling, requirements management).

Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks in DevOps, DevSecOps, Observability, and Cloud Operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management frameworks.

Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and strategy documents.

Exposure to cloud-native tools (AWS, Azure, GCP) and observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis.
