 Job Description
A well-established organization is seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of digital collaboration platforms, including email, messaging systems, document repositories, and organizational tools. This role bridges business goals and technical execution to deliver functionality that empowers employees to work more efficiently and collaboratively. The position is hybrid, offering meaningful collaboration and flexibility. ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders to establish objectives and develop execution strategies focused on achieving business outcomes.Translate strategic initiatives into user stories and backlog items for engineering teams.Provide leadership and direction to software product delivery teams in an Agile environment.Co-lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) alongside Scrum Masters.Maintain clear and continuous communication with internal stakeholders, program managers, and project sponsors. Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of professional experience in a product ownership or delivery-focused role.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products from both user and administrative perspectives.Familiarity with email systems and general telephony functionality.Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle processes.Proficiency in DevOps, JIRA, Rally, or other application lifecycle management tools.  Work Authorization & Employment Status RequirementApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor or assume responsibility for employment visas, including but not limited to H-1B, now or in the future. We also cannot accept C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or third-party candidates. Benefits and Perks: Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per yearHealth, Vision, Dental, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) plan with generous company matchCompetitive PTO policies, including parental leaveTuition ReimbursementEmployee Resource Groups for volunteering, networking, and professional developmentDedicated Learning & Development programSubsidized parkingComplimentary on-site gym accessRobust wellness programEmployee Assistance Program  Your New Organization:
