Skills and Requirements -3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management in Agile environments -Proven ability to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and product roadmaps -Confidence facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing stakeholder expectations, and working across disciplines -Comfort navigating both technical and business conversations with credibility and clarity -Experience with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and a strong understanding of value-driven delivery -A data-informed approach to decision-making and a clear focus on outcomes, adoption, and continuous improvement -CSPO or equivalent certification -Experience in energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors -Familiarity with UX design and analytics tools null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
