**Job Title: Product Owner**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner with 8+ years of experience to drive product development and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable user stories and deliver high-impact solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Product Strategy & Alignment**
+ Stay aligned with and contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
+ Act as a product evangelist, promoting platform best practices to Product Managers and Business teams.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration**
+ Engage with customers, partners, consulting, and support teams to gather and understand product needs.
+ Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
+ **Documentation & Communication**
+ Create and maintain documentation for new features including UI mock-ups, process flows, data sequence diagrams, and release notes.
+ **Agile Leadership**
+ Lead and facilitate sprint ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
+ Ensure backlog readiness by maintaining a healthy pipeline of groomed stories aligned with team velocity.
+ **Sprint Execution & Review**
+ Collaborate with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and desired outcomes.
+ Lead sprint reviews and product demos to showcase progress and gather feedback.
**Qualifications:**
+ 7–8 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a related role.
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
+ Ability to create detailed documentation and visual representations of processes and features.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Experience in [industry/domain-specific knowledge, e.g., SaaS, FinTech].
+ Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
+ Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

**Salary Transparency**
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 115000- $ 125000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
