The Role
As a Product Owner at Sailthru by Marigold, you’ll be collaborating with product management and engineering teams at Sailthru by Marigold to deliver product roadmap features. You’ll work with your colleagues in many other parts of the business to solicit, evaluate, organize, and prioritize customer feedback and translate that into products and features that drive significant business impact. You’ll join a team of passionate technologists who enjoy a fast-paced, agile development culture.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with Product Manager(s) on product vision to create an actionable backlog for engineers
Work with other Product Owners across the platform to align dependencies and priorities
Define product backlog items and bugs with descriptions, acceptance criteria, and other important details for the team
Work with customer-facing teams to triage and resolve customer issues
Define, prioritize and scope future iterations in partnership with product and engineering counterparts
Organize and facilitate product demos as well as on-going testing efforts
Work across the product team on operational activities such as feature request management, gathering competitive intelligence, and defining and measuring product KPIs

Ideal Qualifications:
Passion for software development with knowledge of web technologies
Desire to pursue a career in product management
Familiarity with agile processes and principles
Experience communicating software requirements in written form via user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, or similar descriptions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability and comfort working with multiple time zones and locations
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in B2B SaaS and/or CRM marketing software
Some programming, project management, development, or UX and design experience
