Smith+Nephew is hiring a Product Owner.
The Product Owner plays a key role in Agile/Scrum teams, focusing on maximizing the value of CRM and CPQ products. Acts as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring delivery of the most valuable features.
Key responsibilities include defining the overall vision/direction, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer needs, managing the product backlog, collaborating with various stakeholders across business, users and the development teams, ensuring product quality and prioritizing development efforts based on factors like business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
What you will be doing?
Own the product vision and roadmap for CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ platforms.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
Prioritise the product backlog to deliver maximum value aligned with strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, and external vendors.
Ensure successful delivery of features through agile ceremonies and continuous feedback loops.
Monitor product performance and user adoption, driving continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platforms competitive.
What will you need to be successful?
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in CRM and/or CPQ domains.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, or similar).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Agile certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical detail with strategic thinking.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field;
Experience with AI, Marketing cloud automation will be big plus
Fluent English- written and spoken.
