Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Brookfield, WI. Day to Day Roles & Responsibilities: * Aligned to a single Agile team that includes the Product Manager, System Engineers/Architects, Software Engineers, and a Scrum Master * Leads Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Demos, Retros, and other essential Agile practices * Partners with the Product Level Product Manager(s) to understand features and product needs * Manages the team's backlog, responsible for detailed refinements of Features into Epics and User Stories that can be worked by the Software Engineers in a single sprint * Responsible for Product Roadmaps and prioritization of Epics and Stories that drive the team's output * Ensures that all acceptance criteria are met and stakeholder needs are satisfied by the team's delivered experiences * Provides Agile leadership focusing on design thinking and Agile values * Coordinates dependencies with other teams and journeys
