We’re seeking a Product Owner to join our growing software team based in CLuj Napoca — someone who’s not only fluent in translating customer needs into actionable product requirements but is also comfortable diving deep into the complexities of product design and architecture. You'll serve as the crucial interface between R&D and Program Management, ensuring that innovation meets execution and customer value remains at the heart of everything we build.

  In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.  Work closely with R&D to shape and refine product architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and usability.  Translate strategic goals and customer feedback into well-defined epics and user stories.  Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely and quality releases.  Interface with Program Managers, aligning development deliverables with broader business timelines and commitments.  Participate in customer discussions, demos, and feedback loops to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose. 
  Who You Are:    You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions and you serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. 
  For This Role, You Will Need: An experience of 10 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years in a PO or similar role.  Background in the Test & Measurement, software, or data-intensive system domains.  Proven success in leading agile development teams delivering production-grade software systems.    Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Technical writing experience/ability  Experience interviewing customers to gather requirements  Prior experience as a test or validation engineer or general experience in the T&M industry  Experience working with global organizations
