Job Purpose
This role serves as the voice of the Business Owners for the Our Impact Our Story (OIOS) Program. The Programme Owner is tasked with managing the collection of business and systems projects and initiatives that collectively constitute the OIOS program. This role takes a comprehensive view, ensuring that OIOS Business as Usual model aligns seamlessly with the strategic objectives of the partnership. Applying specialised expertise to solve critical issues and execute projects of high complexity, scope, size, and/or risk, this role serves as a lead on strategic projects, providing guidance to other staff involved. The success of this position relies on effective communication, collaboration, and coordination between the Business stakeholders, SREI departments, Data Governance, Project Teams, GTDs and Project Managers. The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in overseeing the cohesiveness of Data Child ecosystem across all funding streams and its impact measurement, contributing significantly to the overall success of the partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the overall strategy and execution of the OIOS program and its dependencies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, coordinating activities between different business and technical project teams, mand anaging dependencies to deliver value to the organization.Serve as a gatekeeper to review and approve key Business priorities and milestones within each project (business and systems projects) associated with Child Impact ecosystem. Work to ensure timely resolution of issues and risks, removing roadblocks and providing servant leadership and guidance to teams involved in Child data programs.Work closely with various stakeholders, including SREI teams, Business Leaders of Programming areas, GTD leaders for technology to ensure organizational business needs are managed strategically Child Impact solutions coordinating and supervising the development of business requirements and specifications. Ensure high data integrity is maintained and reported.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Child Data Model, seeking ways to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance of Impact Data usage.
