This role is responsible for driving product enhancements that deliver customer value, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, stakeholders, and customers, to define and deliver high-impact software solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Drive product enhancements that increase customer value, create efficiencies, and grow revenue. + Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and customers to define, develop, and refine complex software product requirements. + Maintain and manage the product Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog with transparency and strategic alignment. + Define, clarify, and prioritize user stories; ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements. + Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent, prioritized, and understood by all stakeholders. + Gather and analyze customer requirements to advise on product features and strategic direction. + Present and demonstrate product solutions to external groups and customers as needed. + Apply deep understanding of client needs to support critical systems and projects. + Mentor team members on Agile/Scrum best practices and iterative software development. + Guide teams in implementing optimal Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban). + Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments. + 4+ years of hands-on experience with at least one RPA toolset (e.g., Workfusion, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism). + Proven experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or VersionOne. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative software development.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead Agile teams. + Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. + Agile Product Owner Certification is required. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
