As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of process automation technologies at Emerson!
Based in our Warsaw office, you will join a collaborative community and become an integral member of a multi-functional agile team. Your focus will be on enhancing and maintaining existing automation products, including real-time embedded firmware in controllers as well as helping to drive the development of the next-generation automation systems.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide the voice of the customer to your team, ensuring a clear understanding of how their work supports business goals and customer needs
+ Collaborate with your team to define objectives and maintain focus on delivering high-value outcomes
+ Own and prioritize the team’s backlog, translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable user stories
+ Ensure that the solutions delivered meet quality standards and address end-user requirements
+ Collaborate closely with product managers and other collaborators to define upcoming features and roadmap initiatives
+ Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, coordinating work to ensure successful delivery
+ Actively collect feedback from stakeholders and communicate it to the development team for ongoing progress
+ Foster a creative and proactive culture within the team, and encourage process improvements in line with agile standard methodologies
+ Support additional tasks as requested, aligned with the nature of the role

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Process Automation, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in the process control or automation industry
+ Solid domain knowledge of process control systems and their applications
+ Experience developing products that integrate software across multiple platforms with proprietary hardware
+ Outstanding communication skills (and proficient English), leadership mentality
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience working in or with agile software development teams
+ Hands-on experience with real-time embedded firmware or control system development
+ Technical understanding of the DeltaV system or similar distributed control systems
+ Familiarity with ISO-certified processes, secure lifecycle development, or development in SIL environments
