About the role.
Join the Digital Growth team at McCain to digitally transform McCain’s Sales execution processes. We need a candidate to partner with our Global Sales team to vision and deliver a renewed digitized sales playbook with the right mix of in-person and virtual sales execution. You will be customer obsessed and understand how digital and data can be leveraged to intelligently target, grow and retain customers. In line with our ambition to scale value from McCain’s strategic platforms you will extend the usage and adoption of our strategic platforms (Salesforce and SAP) and uncover new solutions to deliver value across all our sales channels. Experience leading digital transformation programs in an FMCG environment and knowledge of selling to retail and food service operators will be highly regarded.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Growth you will
Partner with global and regional Sales leaders of McCain to Co-create a 2–3-year vision & roadmap to digitally transform Sales processes across the McCain global organization. Lead and direct Technology teams to support execution of the prioritized of initiatives Establish KPIs and measures to track the progress and report the deliverables of technology initiatives.Continually improve customer data quality & enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiativesDigitize to simplify commercial processes and embed data-led decision making and insights to enable continual improvement. Continue the vision of making Salesforce the single source of truth for customer information and orchestrator of digital business processes for Sales teamsLook to replace any legacy solutions with global best practice and platforms.Infuse knowledge of technology trends and competitor activity into decision makingWork closely with the Global Product Owner for Digital Marketing, Trade and Pricing and McCain’s Commercial leaders to maximize growth through connected marketing, trade and sales processes.

Compensation Package: $102,700.00 - $137,000.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
