NBCUniversal Pages get the opportunity to contribute to big, new ideas and trailblaze the future of our company and industry. + Provide functional support for the SAP HCM system by collaborating with HR/Payroll business partners to understand user needs and system capabilities to design and implement solutions for SAP US Payroll processes. + Collaborate with the business and IT teams to ensure business requirements are validated and system development goals are achieved. + Perform requirements gathering and write design docs like Functional Specs / Business blueprint docs as it relates to SAP US Payroll. + Configure SAP US Payroll: Wagetypes, Tax types, Tax models, Garnishments, Schemas and Rules and Payroll Postings. + Set up BSI: Apply TUBS and make necessary tax updates to SAP and BSI. + Perform SAP Payroll solution design, configuration, functional testing and work with business partners to get consensus on solution/testing. + Maintain and configure benefits plans like 401K, Deferred Compensation, Health, and Welfare etc. + Project management of small and medium size projects to ensure they are successfully delivered on time and on budget. + Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as the implementation of Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, BSI, and Payroll year-end activities. + Troubleshoot and partner with Engineering to ensure complex interfaces to downstream systems such as Timekeeper, Towers Watson, Skill Soft, and other benefits-related interfaces, perform as expected. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical or quantitative field (or foreign degree equivalent), plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. The position requires each of the following skills: + Experience with at least two (2) SAP US Payroll end to end implementations + Experience with at least five (5) HR Service Pack implementations The position requires each of the following skills, which must have been gained through eight (8) years of experience: + Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 US Payroll modules; + Experience with SAP US Payroll Production Support; + Experience with SAP configuration of wage types like earnings, pre/post tax deductions, imputed income and gross ups; + Experience with SAP HR /Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes, and Finance tables integration with SAP Payroll; + SAP Payroll experience in Media and Entertainment industry with detailed knowledge of Media Industry Unions, Talent and Residuals and Pension Health and Welfare; + Experience with SAP Payroll Schema and Rules; + Experience designing/writing Functional specs for Complex Reports, Interfaces, conversions, SAP HCM enhancements (BADI/BAPI’s) and Forms; + Experience with Payroll/Time Functions + Features; + Experience with SAP Payroll setup for 401K Plans, Deferred Compensation plans and FSA Plans; + Experience with the design/setup of SAP Payroll to BW extractors to merge HR/Payroll and Finance Posting Data; + Experience with US Federal and State Taxes and Tax type and Tax Model setup in SAP and BSI Tax Factory Setup. The position requires each of the following skills, which must have been gained through five (5) years of experience: + Experience with SAP to ADP Tax and Garnishment integrations, Service Now, Data Synch Manager, Variance Monitor and Redwood; + Experience with Time Management modules experience in Core HR and Talent Management. + This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
