Product Owner, Global Web Solutions

This role is part of the Global Marketing, Service, and Technology organization and is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and governance of Chevron/Caltex/Texaco web platforms. This role ensures that all web properties deliver exceptional user experiences, comply with legal and security standards, and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation in web technologies. **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** + Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive web strategy across business units. + Ensure all web properties meet legal, accessibility, and security standards through regular audits and remediation. + Build strong partnerships with IT, marketing, and mobile app teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences. + Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. + Establish and maintain QA processes, CMS governance, and content publishing standards. + Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site performance and user satisfaction. + Apply a digital-first mindset to modernize web infrastructure and content delivery. + Encourage experimentation and data-driven decision-making to drive innovation. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in web product ownership, digital marketing, or related roles. + Strong understanding of web technologies, analytics tools, CMS platforms, and digital experience best practices. + Proven track record of delivering scalable and compliant web solutions. + Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. + Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors. + Working knowledge of web analytics and optimization tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore). + Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and security compliance. + Certifications in web development, UX, or digital product management. **Relocation Options:** _Relocation_ **_may_** **_be_** _considered within Chevron parameters._ **International Considerations:** _Expatriate assignments_ **_will not be_** _considered._ Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position U.S. Regulatory notice: Chevron is an Equal Opportunity employer.
