Chevron is accepting online applications for the position **Product Owner, Customer Facing Technologies** through **July 8th, 2025** at **11:59 p.m.** ( **CST** ).
This role is part of the Sales and Service Technology organization and is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of customer-facing digital solutions that support the Downstream, Midstream, and Chemicals businesses. Ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives and grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs.
Champion the voice of the customer by leveraging journey mapping, design thinking, and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to inform product direction. Drive agile execution and prioritize features that maximize business value and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Foster a data-driven, customer-centric product culture while managing change and promoting continuous innovation.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital solutions for customer-facing platforms.
+ Utilize journey mapping, design thinking, and VOC insights to guide product development.
+ Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and user experience.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative solutions.
+ Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and customer-centricity.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in product ownership or digital transformation roles.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
+ Strong understanding of agile methodologies and customer experience design.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MBA or relevant advanced degree;
+ Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
+ 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, especially in customer-facing technologies.
+ Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow).
+ Familiarity with journey mapping tools, VOC platforms, and design thinking methodologies.
