We need a candidate to partner with our Global Commercial team to vision and deliver a renewed digitized sales playbook with the right mix of in-person and virtual sales execution. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with global and regional commercial leaders of McCain to Co-create a 2–3-year vision & roadmap to digitally transform Sales processes across the McCain global organization. Continually improve customer data quality & enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiativesLook to replace any legacy solutions with global best practice and platforms.Technology Delivery

Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.Ensures data & Insights are available to create actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.Elevation

Act as the "guardian of the global process & solutions" to ensure that McCain maintains global standardization unless deviation is required for specific market conditions, and this is agreed by the appropriate business sponsorsEstablish and execute a strong engagement plan with Global, Regional commercial and technical and product stakeholders

Support the development of training programs & material, to sustain product capability.

Compensation Package: 111,700 - 149,000 CAD annually + bonus eligibility 

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
