The Product Owner will manage enhancements of Chevron's credit card settlement processing system. In addition, the Product Owner will define and drive the long-term digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, security, and resilience for future business needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in payment solutions, strong leadership in agile product development, and a collaborative mindset to engage cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and operational execution to shape the future of payment solutions. **Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:** + Lead the strategic vision and execution of retail payments solutions. + Responsible for driving seamless, secure, and efficient payment experiences that align with business goals and customer expectations. + Build and manage traditional offerings (Credit, Debit, ACH, RTP, etc.), fast, or emerging payment rails, designing the product strategy. + Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and functionality aligning with the company’s strategic goals. + Develop the go-to-market strategy in partnership with the program team and fuel sales organization. **Required Qualifications:** + 3+ years’ experience in finance and retail payments industry. + Strong understanding of retail fuels operations and processes. + Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to direct cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and with a sense of urgency for rapid problem solving. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Domain knowledge of settlement processing (transaction types, payment flows and payments ecosystem). + Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) . + Experience managing vendor management. **Relocation Options:** Relocation **may be** considered within Chevron parameters. **International Considerations:** Expatriate assignments **will not be** considered.
