Product Ops Manager

Asurion is seeking a highly motivated Product Ops Manager responsible for exceeding client and program expectations by delivering on client commitments and leveraging cross-functional teams to achieve unit, profitability, and service goals.

The Product Ops Manager will act as the primary liaison between Asurion and our clients’ trade-in teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. This role requires the ability to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and confidently represent Asurion’s value proposition to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client trade-in programs, ensuring operational and contractual obligations are met.Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing questions, concerns, and program performance.Develop deep subject matter expertise in Asurion’s trade-in programs — including offer creation, device grading, return logistics, warehouse processing, monetization and client reconciliation.Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, IT, Care, etc.) to deliver seamless execution of trade-in and device lifecycle products.Lead regular client updates and presentations (MBRs, QBRs), using data and dashboards to communicate performance insights and identify areas for improvement.Create and maintain a client-facing dashboard to monitor program performance and trends in real-time.Escalate and resolve issues quickly, conducting root cause analyses and mobilizing internal resources as needed.Identify and champion new opportunities to expand business with existing clients.Advocate internally for client needs and program enhancements.Stay organized and ensure timely communication of updates and deliverables to all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.5+ years of program management, client services, or operational leadership experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to both internal stakeholders and executive-level client contacts.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive action across matrixed organizations.Comfort working independently in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret complex documents, including contracts, financial reports, and technical specifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in trade-in, device lifecycle management, or reverse logistics.Previous experience supporting enterprise or carrier clients in a technology or telecom environment.Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently.
