About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to join the Evisort team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter and proactive problem-solver who is capable of managing multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving standardization, and communicating with leadership. This is a great opportunity to drive innovation, maturity and standardization across Workday!

Key Responsibilities

Optimize the product development lifecycle to expedite the journey from concept to customer.

Improve our systems for gathering, analyzing, and integrating customer feedback into the product development process.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the Evisort Product team

Create cross-functional alignment to facilitate product-related initiatives.

Scale product initiatives to meet the growing demand of our expanding customer base.

Collaborate closely with the Product Acceleration and Optimization  team to align on product development and communicate how new features will solve customer challenges.

Establish and maintain a scalable product operations framework that supports rapid growth, optimizing processes for collaboration, communication, and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Proactively identify and resolve systemic inefficiencies within product development, working with senior leadership to implement solutions that enhance overall team performance and drive product success.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

2-4 years of  SaaS Product experience, either in a Product Management or Operations Role

A creative mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure product and team success.

An entrepreneurial spirit, ready to innovate and take ownership

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

An ability to thrive in ambiguity

Other Qualifications:

Solid understanding of Agile Project Management principles and methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban 

Good ability to gather and interpret business insights related to product performance, market trends, and user feedback using tools such as Productboard, Amplitude.

Strong decision making skills in Product-related matters, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals, and effectively communicating rationale.

Good interpersonal intelligence skills, effectively communicating and collaborating with Product team members and fostering a positive team environment.

Working knowledge of process improvements methodologies and their application to optimizing Product development workflows.

Developing skills in program delivery management by overseeing the Go-To-Market release of key Product initiatives and ensuring timely delivery.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationship building with product development team members and stakeholders


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $102,000 CAD - $153,000 CAD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $112,500 USD - $199,800 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $118,400 - $177,600 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $118,400 - $177,600 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
