This role involves planning, developing, and executing new features and upgrades for the cloud-based software solution, ArchiSnapper. The ideal candidate should have software product management experience, a passion for understanding client requirements, and the ability to work closely with the engineering team to translate those requirements into product features. This role requires global working hours and involves working with internal and external product experts. Key Responsibilities: + Create and own product requirements, establish business cases, and prioritize needs + Develop detailed requirement specifications for new enhancements + Collaborate with stakeholders, UX, and Engineering teams to transform requirements into compelling product enhancements + Attend daily scrums and prioritize bug backlog + Participate in product launches and assist customer care with ArchiSnapper questions and escalations + Assist internal cloud, security and support teams with ArchiSnapper questions and escalations + Review and manage customer ideas and create release readiness content Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications: + 5+ years of product management or related experience, ideally using, implementing, or designing software + Strong product owner experience utilizing Agile methodology + Technical acumen in software development, mobile, and cloud technologies + Knowledge of engineering and construction industries is a plus + Experience in creating product documentation and training materials + Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams + Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills + Demonstrate curiosity, humility, and empathy + A creative self-starter with a bias for action + A strong commitment to personal and professional development Travel Requirements:NoApplicant Privacy Notice:Deltek is committed to the protection and promotion of your privacy.
