For more information, visit our website at www.teledynemarine.com . **Position Overview:** The Part Marking Technician is responsible for creating CEL sheets that will be referenced during the manufacturing process for engraving & labeling. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** **Product Marking Requirements Verification** + Review Shop Orders for customer specific engraving & labeling requirements to determine if creation of a CEL is needed. + Review updated Customer Purchase Order, Customer BOMs and Tagging Schedule to determine if a revision is required to update an existing CEL sheet. **Customer documentation attached to the order:** + Perform a thorough review of Product Drawing, incoming PO’s, BOMs and Tagging Schedules to obtain customer specific engraving & labeling information for creating CEL Sheets. + If discrepancies are found during the review of Product Drawings and/or the customer documentation provided, notification of the findings shall be passed on to the project manager or project engineer to prevent delays. **Customer Product Marking Requirements provided to Operations:** + Create accurate CEL sheets per information obtained from the Product Drawing and customer provided documents. The CEL sheet will be attached to the Shop Order in the ERP system.
