Position Mission

Are you passionate about product marketing strategy, lead generation, and supporting the sales team? ABB’s Electrification (EL) division is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist LATAM to join the Service business area, with a focus on the low and medium voltage portfolios. This strategic position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing actions aligned with the global strategy, supporting sales in demand generation and positioning ABB solutions in the Latin American market. Responsibilities

Implement the product marketing strategy for the LATAM region, defining product and ser-vice positioning and value proposition.

Lead generation and support for the sales team, based on our regional marketing and growth strategies.

Develop and execute annual marketing plans and demand generation strategies in alignment with product groups.

Conduct market and competitor analysis, sharing insights and data with internal teams.

Support the sales team with training, technical materials, and portfolio guidance.

Ensure the efficiency of the commercial execution of products, promoting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.

Work with a results-oriented mindset, driving actions to increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.

Experience with low and medium voltage portfolios, especially in the services area.

Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms for lead generation (e.g., Pardot).

Previous experience in market marketing and business development.

Intermediate/advanced Spanish and advanced English for verbal communication.
