Job Title: Product Marketing Lead
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive growth across our product portfolio. This pivotal role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, who can effectively communicate value propositions and develop comprehensive marketing strategies to engage and influence our target audience.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement product messaging and positioning strategies, creating compelling value propositions and key messages for various customer touchpoints.Lead go-to-market strategies and launches for new features and capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and stakeholders.Craft and execute marketing plans that enhance customer and buyer journeys, utilizing traditional and innovative research methods for effective market segmentation.Support stakeholder enablement by providing relevant materials and messaging, including fact sheets, customer content, presentations, and product portfolio materials.Build and maintain scalable feedback loops to understand and enhance the effectiveness of marketing materials, synthesizing insights and data from multiple channels.Drive quarterly planning and execution of product marketing activities and campaigns, managing the full lifecycle from concept to completion and overseeing budgets and vendor management.Essential SkillsProven experience in product management and marketing within the financial services sector.Strong capabilities in strategic marketing, marketing communications, and digital marketing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination.Expertise in marketing strategy, product messaging, and campaign development.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.5-10+ years of experience leading and developing strategic marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle.Additional Skills & QualificationsSubject Matter Expert (SME) in financial services product marketing, particularly in Asset Management.In-depth understanding of market dynamics and client products.Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work allowed on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule is fixed, providing a balanced approach to work-life integration. The potential for conversion to a permanent role exists for candidates who demonstrate a strong fit with the team and company culture after six months.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
