**Summary:** As a Product Marketing Manager at Meta, you will support product development and execute on product marketing strategies using effective communication skills, a collaborative mindset, analytical acumen, and product launch experience. Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and helping evolve our portfolio strategy over a multi-year time horizon 2. Shape product roadmaps through market and customer research, competitive analyses, audience segmentation and sizing, and dives into audience needs 3. Collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders like product managers, engineers, data science, legal, partnerships, and user experience research in a dynamic, fast moving environment 4. Design tests, measure impact, and learn through a results-driven approach to partnering with cross-functional teams **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 5. 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, product management, CRM or related industry experience 6. Experience leading projects that are highly cross-functional and require both quantitative and qualitative thinking 7. Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy 8. Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity 9. Effective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentations 10. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 11. Experience in product marketing supporting product launches and partnering closely with product management, product marketing, and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements 12. Experience working with early stage products 13.
