In this role you will be able to interact with global portfolio leaders, vertical managers, global marketing, sales and other strategic areas of the company. + Support and implement the electronics bonding portfolio strategy to drive growth + Actively communicates customer insights and emerging trends in consumer electronics to foster business growth + Assists in developing and executing portfolio marketing plans, programs and activation plans to achieve business objectives + Implement pricing strategies and tactics aligned with business goals informed by customer insights to maximize value + Lead and execute global New Product Introductions to ensure successful market entry and adoption + Collaborate with sales teams to drive SFDC pipeline execution and achieve sales targets + Drive a culture of accountability and our new Performance Culture Behaviors **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) + One (1) year of experience with Strategic Marketing, Marketing Activation, or Sales in a private, public, government or military environment + Five (5) years of experience in Business P&L Management (Sales, GM and COGS) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA is preferred + Experience working with global teams + Experience in Consumer Electronics is desirable + Intermediate Mandarin is desired **Work Location:** + **Maplewood, MN** **Travel:** **May include up to 5%** **domestic/international** **Relocation Assistance:** **May be authorized.** **Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).** **Supporting Your Well-being** 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
