Product Marketing Manager Consumer Health (m/f)
The Consumer Health division of Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a passionate and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join the team.
He/she will play an active part in driving business growth by supporting the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and sales force activation initiatives.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively contribute to the definition and implementation of brand strategy in alignment with both local and global guidelinesAnalyse the market environment, competitive landscape, consumer profiles, and insights, as well as brand capabilities, to identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity and market positioningSupport the translation of brand strategy into actionable activation plans by aligning and coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales & Trade, LMR, PS), and by engaging with the field force to gather feedback and drive continuous improvementEnsure tracking and analysis of KPIs and ROI for all marketing activitiesSupport annual budget planning and allocation, while monitoring monthly sell-out/sell-in performance and product sales forecastsCollaborate in the development of integrated communication campaigns and territorial activations, including the creation and adaptation of digital assetsWork on activation plans targeting pharmacists and other healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring effective implementation in close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, LMR, and the Sales Force
WHO YOU ARE:
Degree in Marketing, Economy or related fieldsAt least 3 years of previous experience in a B2C marketing rolePrevious experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors will be considered a plusStrong customer focus with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive, decision-making attitudeExcellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective networksHigh level of adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with analytical thinking and openness to change and innovationExcellent knowledge of Office, Excel and PowerPointResidence or domicile in Lombardy is preferred Fluent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
