As we continue to evolve our cloud-based offerings and deliver more value through our Advantage suite, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how the market understands our products and how customers experience them. About the Role
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will drive the development and execution of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities across our portfolio. You’ll play a critical role in communicating the value of our solutions—both internally and externally—while influencing product adoption, customer retention, and sales success. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate product capabilities into meaningful benefits for our target personas. You’ll own the creation of sales tools, competitive assets, web content, and campaign messaging—and you’ll inform product strategy through customer and market insights. Key Responsibilities Own the development of clear, differentiated messaging frameworks and product positioning across the Act! portfolio. Create and maintain messaging documents that serve as source material for campaigns, websites, collateral, and in-product experiences. Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging across all channels. Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new features and offerings, including defining launch readiness requirements, preparing internal teams, and supporting external rollout strategies. Develop high-impact sales tools and competitive content to support pipeline growth, improve win rates, and align Sales and Partner teams around core messaging. Own customer personas, win/loss analysis, and competitive research to inform messaging, positioning, and roadmap prioritization. Partner with Product, Demand Gen, Content, and CX teams to align product messaging across channels and ensure a seamless customer experience. Seek out opportunities to streamline processes and introduce best practices for improved marketing velocity and impact. Measure the effectiveness of messaging and enablement efforts; iterate based on data and feedback to drive adoption, retention, and revenue impact. What Success Looks Like

You’ll deliver clear, consistent messaging across all channels, empower internal teams with impactful enablement tools, and help Act! win in competitive markets through customer-focused positioning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA a plus 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B software CRM or business productivity software experience a strong plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to create high-impact messaging and content Strong project management skills and attention to detail Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing Technical aptitude or experience marketing to technical audiences a plus Why Join Act!
