About the Role:As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional coordination, and develop messaging that connects product value with customer needs. You will play a key role in launching new products, strengthening brand positioning, and supporting business growth in both local and regional markets
What you'll do:
Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns across all customer touch points.
Develop product positioning, key messaging and competitive differentiation based on market and customer insights.
Collaborate with sales , regulatory and digital marketing teams to align on product strategy and execution.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify opportunities and guide decision making
Monitor and report on key performance indicators including sales , ROI and so on.
Support training and internal communication to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Optimize product content and conversion across digital platforms.
Ensure appliance with all regulatory requirements for marketing claims and labeling.
Contribute to long-term product portfolio strategy and innovation planning.
What you'll need:
5~10 years of experience in product marketing ideally in health supplements , consumer health or cosmetics.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition or related field.
Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and basic analytics.
Knowledge of regulatory standards in the health supplement or food industry is a plus
Passion for consumer insights , brand storytelling and driving impact
Bonus points for:
Prior experience in health supplements, nutraceuticals or functional food industries.
Strong understanding of scientific/clinical claims and ability to translate technical information into compelling consumer messaging.
