We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join the Amazon Business team.

This Product Marketing Manager role will work closely with stakeholders to create marketing strategy and content designed to increase engagement with prospects and customers across the different stages of the buyer’s journey, including value propositions and key messaging frameworks and assets such as web content, blog posts, customer stories, videos, webinars, etc. The candidate should be able to dive into the details (VOC/persona mapping, adoption data, KPIs) and come up with actionable ways to increase adoption of solutions to customer segments via multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer, who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. We are looking for a strong writer that earns trust through performance and relationship building and thinks strategically and analytically about customer. A successful candidate will be adept at combining a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality content ideal for business buyers and administrators.

This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, data-driven analyses and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent product value propositions and go-to-market plans. This individual should have a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively.

Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product/service(s), and own the management, deliverables, and reporting of marketing materials.
•Support new product/service launch materials and work with various go-to-market teams to drive awareness and education of new products, services, and features.
• Develop and align customer journeys with relevant content, campaigns, activities, and initiatives for each solution and ensure cross-functional Amazon Business teams are aligned to these journeys.
• Identify and package relevant marketing materials, with the objective of helping new customers progress through their procurement lifecycle.
• Ensure Amazon Business marketing partner teams are equipped with messaging, assets, and offerings to effectively engage customers and address their challenges.
• Engage with international teams to help product marketing scale globally.
•Build and analyze key metrics and traffic patterns to measure attribution and performance of marketing programs, and deliver detailed updates via regular business reviews won KPI performance.
