Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager with a focus in Sustainability to join an enterprise retail company in Vancouver BC. This person will be joining the sustainable claims and labelling division. This team is responsible for measuring the carbon footprint of the products and moving the company toward their sustainability goals, including to use all sustainable materials for their products by 2030. This means ensuring all steps of the upstream supply chain, from manufacturing to moving product to the distribution center, meet the required sustainability standards. Knowledge and/or passion in one or more of the following areas will make someone successful in this role: Global Compliance, Material/Product Development, Order Management, Product Quality, Vendor/Supplier Management, and/or Sustainability. This role requires a lot of cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, so this person should have great interpersonal skills. Standard product management fundamentals apply including: requirement gathering, writing user stories and epics, using Jira and Confluence etc.
