We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Product Manager** to lead our **Surgical** portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving market share growth, strengthening brand leadership, and delivering long-term business success.

**What you’ll do**
+ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive market share, profitability, and sustainable growth
+ Lead new product launches, lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and campaign development
+ Create and deliver educational initiatives such as roadshows, workshops, and hands-on clinical events to support surgeon engagement and patient safety
+ Monitor market dynamics and use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making
+ Act as the go-to expert for the commercial team — providing product training, clinical support, and market insights
+ Build strong clinical and commercial relationships with surgeons, and hospital stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand
**Who you are – required experience**
+ Proven experience in **product management** within medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences
+ Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with internal teams and external clinical stakeholders
+ Commercially driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on execution
+ Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into clear, actionable plans
+ Proficient in digital marketing tools and visual communication platforms
+ Tertiary qualifications in marketing, biomedical science, engineering, healthcare, or a related field
**Preferred experience**
+ Experience with surgical technologies or within the operating theatre environment
+ Successful track record of launching new products into the market
