Product Manager - Supply Chain Material Flow

Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are. **In this position...** We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager (Supply Chain Material Flow ) who brings combination of the core Supply chain skills and experience of developing and deploying supply chain technologies for in plant material replenishment for production parts from dock to point of fit, sequencing of production parts, kitting of production parts. **What you'll do...** + Strategically develop and document use cases for material replenishment for production part delivery from dock to point of fit. + Strategically develop and document use cases for sequencing of production parts + Strategically develop and document use cases for kitting of production parts + Define business customer use cases, integration requirements, and assess business value for new strategies and technologies. + Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs through close collaboration with product owners and end users. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product owners, software engineers, end users, customer support) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery. + Analyze current-state material flow processes to identify bottle necks, wastes, or risks and design future state processes that improve flow efficiency, automation, and reliability. + Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs), Pilots, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution capabilities and gather feedback. + Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform decisions regarding product features, enhancements, and prioritization. + Act as the Product Manager/Lead Business Analyst, working closely with Business Partners to translate their vision into an actionable backlog of User Stories for development teams. + Facilitate the development of detailed business requirements within the domain. + Conduct Requirements gathering, System Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Business process modeling. + Guide Business Partners in understanding iterative development and focusing on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through effective prioritization. + Leverage a track record of driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment. + Support Kaizen events, lean initiatives, and tech modernization workshops as required + Establish and track KPIs to measure successful outcomes, and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive **You'll have...** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field. + A minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment. + Proven working knowledge and experience in manufacturing material replenishment and material flow planning and implementation + Direct experience with Material Planning and Logistics (MP&L) operations in a plant setting. + Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and customers. + Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment, coupled with curiosity and a "can-do" attitude towards new technologies. + A strong desire to continuously learn and share knowledge, contributing to the team's overall benefit and growth. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional and global teams. + Demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes ownership of responsibilities and outcomes. + Ability to meticulously plan and track activities to ensure target deadlines are met. **Even better, you may have...** + A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously. + Experience with Synchronous Material Automated Request Trigger (SMART) application + Experience with Sequence Kitting System (SKS) application + Experience with SAP EWM + Experience with Automation Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) + Experience with Cloud technologies. + Experience implementing or working with the VDA5050 standard. + Experience with Design Thinking. + Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts or applications.
