The Oracle Communications Global Industries Unit is a leading provider of Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS) and Network solutions to the communications market.
We are looking for a seasoned expert who is very familiar with the use of TMF ODA & TMF Open APIs in an Order to Cash solution, and how to integrate solutions based on TMF-aligned business processes. In this role, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Order-to-Cash domain within Oracle’s Digital Business Experience (DBE) Solution—an industry-aligned, cloud-native platform delivering pre-integrated Concept-to-Cash-to-Care business processes for Communications Service Providers (CSPs).
A key responsibility will be driving features particularly in orchestrating order flows using Oracle OSM, with seamless integration to BRM, Siebel, and other ecosystem components.
You will work closely with engineering and solution architecture teams to bring to life TMF-aligned solutions with a special focus on TMF ODA, particularly the Product Order Orchestration and Management (PODOM) and related components and relevant TMF APIs. Additionally, you will collaborate across platform and business teams to ensure that the solution aligns to CSPs' digital transformation goals.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to think strategically about the telecom market, customer needs, and the evolving landscape of cloud-native solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise coupled with customer empathy to ensure the delivery of robust, flexible, and future-proof Order-to-Cash solution.
Ultimately, your work will shape the foundation of how telcos transform their order orchestration, fulfillment, and monetization processes—impacting business agility and customer satisfaction in a highly competitive digital environment.
Experience with implementing TMF-based Order-to-Cash solutions will be a great advantage. Familiarity with Oracle OSM, TMF Open APIs, and telecom OSS/BSS architectures is essential.
Desired Qualifications
10+ years of relevant hands-on product strategy experience with cloud or enterprise software Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Order to Cash applications, including CRM, Billing and Order Management – ideally including customer deployment experience TMF Certification is a must Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in business analysis and requirement gathering. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Proven track record of successfully shipping new products in an agile environment Quick learner, self-starter, self-motivator Able to both see the big picture and be detail oriented (e.g., care with wording, document formatting, following standards, etc.) Ability to work autonomously and drive projects with minimal supervision. Educational Background: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in a relevant functional area. Professional Experience: Minimum of ten years in product development, consulting, or a related field.
