Cisco Cloud Security is a leading provider of network security services, enabling the world to connect to the Internet and private applications with confidence on any device, anywhere, anytime. The Secure Access team is building the next generation of zero trust, firewall, proxy, and inspection services as highly available distributed systems using cloud engineering practices. We operate over 80 points of presence around the world that power the Secure Access service.

Your Impact 

As a Secure Access Service Edge Product Manager, you will plan the location and size of our data centers, develop features that help customers get the most benefit from our data centers and network, and work with sales and marketing to educate them about our product. 

You will work with internal and external clients to identify requirements and present innovative solutions. This may include market surveys, competitive research, working with legal and compliance teams, risk management, and more. You will broker and facilitate product decisions by producing compelling and data-backed proposals. Minimum Qualifications BS/MS in Computer Science, or another engineering/technical degree.Minimum of 2-5 years PM experienceDomain expertise in cloud computing, networking, and infrastructureStrong background in SaaS applicationsGood understanding of operational aspects of delivering large scale service experiencesHands-on nature with a strong interest in technology

MBA a plusSelf-motivation; proactive, eager and willing to work collaboratively with stakeholders in engineering, sales and in adjacent productsStrong written and oral communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technologyStrong customer orientation with the ability to listen, organize and champion key initiatives and projects for product developmentExcellent negotiation and persuasion skills
