Your Role
You will actively drive our strong growth in Surgical Ophthalmology and improve patients’ vision globally
You assume end-to-end responsibility for the success of your products (Cataract Implants and Consumables) throughout the entire product lifecycle
You stay close to our customers and sales team to ensure successful commercialization and the realization of our growth ambition
You will take the lead in the definition of product requirements and other strategic projects based on your deep market understanding (e.g., through sales and customer visits, analysis of market & technology trends, regular market surveys, etc.)
You ensure the success of product development with R&D and support global product launches with other departments

Your ProfileYou have an excellent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Medical, or related fields
You have several years of work experiences in product management, sales, strategic marketing or similar within the MedTech industry – ideally, within ophthalmology.
You have proven your ability to manage complex projects, have a good understanding of healthcare commercial models and can liaise with multiple stakeholders in international settings
You furthermore possess strong analytical and communication skills paired with entrepreneurial drive
You have passion that energizes customers and colleagues and a strategic thinking mindset with a result driven approach
You are business fluent in English, German would be preferred but not required
You are willing to travel internationally, irregularly
